Hello everyone,

As a member of the jury for the German Africa Prize, I have the opportunity to submit suggestions from the diaspora for this award. I recently received the following email:

“Dear Ms. Nantcha,

First of all, I wish you a very happy and prosperous year 2024.

I kindly remind you that the deadline for nominations for the German Africa Prize 2024 is January 31, 2024. Attached you will find the information that was sent at the end of November.

Should you have any questions, we are at your disposal.

We look forward to receiving your proposals.

Sincerely, German Foundation for Africa.”

I invite you to send me your proposals by January 25 to info@tang-ev.de. From these, we will select 2 or 3 to present to the jury. The nominated individuals should have made significant contributions in a specific field in one of the 54 African countries.

Please send me your suggestions and information about these individuals.
